Exclusive Clip: Clark Gregg & Chloe Bennet in a Deleted Scene from Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Complete First Season
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. may not have been a huge hit with television critics (we think they’re all just secretly angry about having to type out S.H.I.E.L.D. in their reviews so many times), but the ABC series that serves as a bridge to (and shares continuity with) the Marvel Cinematic Universe was certainly enough of a hit to get a second season order. Starring Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson and a bevy of fresh talent like Chloe Bennet and Brett Dalton, the series also featured guest appearances by other Marvel Cinematic Universe alumni like Cobie Smulders and Samuel L. Jackson, not to mention a great stint by Joss Whedon-regular J. August Richards as Deathlok. The series might not hit on all cylinders at all times, but it’s certainly fun and exciting enough to keep the Marvel fans (and comic book junkies) tuning in.
Parade is excited to premiere this exclusive bonus features clip from the Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: The Complete First Season Blu-ray (which is in stores tomorrow). The clip is actually a deleted scene from the show’s first season that features stars Chloe Bennet, Brett Dalton, Clark Gregg, and Ming-Na Wen. While it is short, the clip should please fans of the show and the Marvel universe as it includes several of the series’ main stars and provides a nice, little character moment.
Thanks to Victoria for the heads up.
Updates coming soon.
